Free for your first program
Is your program ready before a funder asks?
A practical review of how grant-ready and audit-ready your program is, ending with a short written summary and a prioritized list of fixes.
What we look at
Six areas funders and auditors care about
Records and documentation
Can you show, quickly, what was done, when, and by whom?
Financial tracking
Are expenses, invoices, and payments recorded and supported the way your funder expects?
Reporting and deadlines
Is there one calendar for reports, renewals, and funder requests, and an owner for each?
Approvals and controls
Who approves what, and is that written down and followed?
Data and confidentiality
Is participant and grantee information stored, shared, and retained responsibly?
Funder requirements
Do you know exactly what each grant or contract requires of you, and can you show it?

FAQ
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The review and the written summary are free and carry no obligation. If you want help fixing what it finds, that is a separate, written proposal that you approve first.
Is this an audit?
No. It is a practical readiness check based on what you share with us. It is not an audit, legal advice, or an accounting opinion, and it does not replace any of those.
What do you need from me?
A short conversation and a few non-confidential documents or answers, such as a grant agreement, a reporting calendar, or a description of how you track expenses. Please do not send social security numbers or confidential client information.
Who is this for?
Nonprofits, community programs, and small organizations that receive grants, contracts, or other restricted funding, and the grantees of larger programs.
