What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you enter: name, organization, email, optional phone and website, industry, service of interest, a description of your needs, hours, timeline, optional budget range, and contact preference. We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source) to understand which channels bring inquiries.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your inquiry, assess whether and how we can help, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information. We do not send unsolicited bulk email.

Where it is kept

Inquiries are stored in a private database and emailed to chris@pathwayidnow.com. Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, spam protection, email delivery) process data on our behalf.

Spam protection and analytics

Forms use a spam-protection service. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-conscious service that does not use advertising cookies.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not include confidential client records, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data in a form.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing chris@pathwayidnow.com.
