Our philosophy

We believe technology should make organizations more effective without sacrificing the personal connection that makes their work valuable. We use modern technology to simplify processes, reduce repetitive work, and improve efficiency while keeping professional judgment, accountability, and personal relationships at the center of our service.

Clients receive a human-led professional service. Where AI-assisted tools are used for research, drafting, documentation, or workflow tasks, the work is reviewed and managed by a person, and confidential information is handled as agreed with the client.

Who is behind it

Pathway ID is led by Christopher B. Randolph, a project and product manager with more than 14 years of experience across regulated federal programs, technology delivery, nonprofit operations, and community programs. He has coordinated Agile delivery on the modernization of a healthcare connectivity funding program, led product work on transportation and software platforms, led a nonprofit financial turnaround, and led a school-community organization serving more than 500 students and families.

He holds Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager credentials, and a master's degree in Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Pathway ID is an independent practice. Work is performed by Christopher personally. If a project needs specialized help, that is discussed and agreed with the client before anyone else is involved.
